BostonLuxLimos is operated by STRUT2 LLC. These Terms of Service apply to bostonluxlimos.com and communications with BostonLuxLimos. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Inquiries and reservations

A website form, email, message or automated response is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Our team reviews the itinerary, vehicle suitability, availability and price. A trip is confirmed separately after you accept the arrangements and complete the confirmation and payment steps communicated by our team.

Quotes and trip details

Please provide accurate pickup and destination details, dates, times, passenger and luggage counts, flight information and special requirements. Tell us promptly about changes. Availability and pricing are subject to confirmation. Additional stops, waiting, parking, tolls, airport access and other charges will be addressed in your quote or booking arrangements as applicable.

Payments and changes

Your quote and booking confirmation set out the applicable price, payment or deposit requirements, cancellation and refund conditions, waiting charges and any other trip-specific terms. Review these before confirming. Contact reservations if anything is unclear. Changes require review and confirmation and may affect availability or price. This page does not establish a universal cancellation deadline or fee.

Customer messaging

BostonLuxLimos messaging supports transportation inquiries, quote discussions, trip coordination and customer service. By initiating a conversation or requesting messages about your trip, you authorize replies concerning that request. Promotional messaging requires separate consent, and consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your inquiry or trip. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

To stop messages, reply STOP where supported or contact us directly. For help, reply HELP where supported, call (212) 961-7894 or email reservations@bostonluxlimos.com. Opting out of messaging does not cancel a booking; use telephone or email to arrange another contact method or request a trip change.

Google and automated messaging

Where enabled, Google Business Profile messaging, SMS or RCS may use automated assistance to answer common questions and route requests. Ask to speak with our team when you need personal assistance. Confirm prices, availability and reservations directly with reservations. Google, messaging platforms and carriers operate their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Messaging availability and delivery depend on those services and your device or network; messages may be delayed or unavailable. Messaging is not an emergency service.

Appropriate use and sensitive information

Use the website and messaging services lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to share, send abusive or harmful content, or interfere with the service. Do not submit payment-card details, bank information, identification documents or passwords through ordinary messages or inquiry forms. Our team can explain an appropriate payment or document process when needed.

Website information and other services

Website descriptions and imagery help introduce our services; your confirmed arrangements identify the vehicle class and service to be supplied. Links to third-party sites and forms are subject to those providers' terms. We aim to keep information accurate, but please contact us to resolve errors or confirm details relevant to your trip. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Confirmed trips remain subject to their agreed booking arrangements, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
