Quote requests

BostonLuxLimos, operated by STRUT2 LLC, uses the name, email address, phone number and journey details you submit to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and coordinate requested transportation.

Google Forms

Our quote form is hosted by Google. Submitted responses are recorded in a private Google Sheet used for reservations administration. Google's own privacy practices apply to its service. Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, passport details or sensitive documents.

Affiliation inquiries

We use the business contact details, service areas, rates and operating information you submit to evaluate a potential transportation partnership and respond to your inquiry. Our affiliation form is hosted by Google, and responses are stored in a private Google Sheet. A response copy is emailed to the address you enter. Please do not include confidential client information or sensitive documents. An inquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages or create an affiliation.

Communications & access

Submitting a quote request allows us to respond about that request. It does not by itself subscribe you to promotional messages. We may share relevant itinerary details with personnel or transportation providers needed to arrange your requested service.

Website analytics & your choice

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and interactions such as call-button clicks and quote-form opens. Google processes usage and device information and uses analytics cookies. We configure the tag without advertising personalization or Google signals. Our custom events do not include names, contact details, itineraries or form answers; page addresses in our configuration exclude query strings and fragments.

Analytics is optional. The Google tag loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Decline analytics to browse without this tracking, or change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Your preference is saved in this browser; choosing Decline stops collection and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after one year. Our custom events measure interest, not completed reservations, submitted Google Forms or the content of telephone calls.

Business messaging

When you contact BostonLuxLimos through Google Business Profile messaging, SMS or RCS, we may receive your phone number, profile or display name, message content, attachments you choose to send, and delivery or interaction information made available by the messaging provider. We use this information to answer questions, prepare quotes, coordinate requested trips and provide customer support. Where enabled, Google's automated messaging features may help answer questions and route conversations to our team. A message or automated response does not confirm a reservation.

Google, mobile carriers and messaging service providers process messages and related technical information to deliver, secure and operate their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Relevant trip details may be shared with our reservations personnel, assigned chauffeurs and transportation providers needed to fulfill your request. We do not sell your messaging information or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers supporting delivery or operation of our communications may process this information for that purpose.

Starting a conversation permits a response about your inquiry; it does not enroll you in promotional messaging. Any promotional messaging requires separate consent. You can ask us to stop messaging at any time, or reply STOP where supported. For help, reply HELP where supported, call (212) 961-7894 or email reservations@bostonluxlimos.com. Retention and protection

We retain inquiry, trip and communication records as needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records and meet applicable legal requirements. Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for these purposes. No website or messaging service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send card or bank account numbers, government identification, passwords or sensitive documents through forms or ordinary messaging.

Questions or requests

To ask about information you have provided or request a correction or deletion, email reservations@bostonluxlimos.com. Some records may need to be retained for operational or legal requirements.
