Local destination support
Discuss airport arrivals, corporate travel, hourly itineraries and special occasions for clients visiting each other’s markets. Confirm the service area, vehicle and operating contact for every request.
Worldwide affiliations
A thoughtful connection between transportation companies, built around the people we serve. Let’s explore how we could support your clients here—and ours when they travel to you.
A considered partnership
We welcome introductions from established chauffeured transportation companies across the United States and around the world. Whether your clients need support in Boston or ours are travelling to your destination, a good relationship begins with clear communication and care for every handoff.
This is an invitation to explore working together. Coverage, availability and commercial arrangements are reviewed individually before any journey is assigned.
Introduce your companyClear from the beginning
Tell us whether your rates are net affiliate rates or retail rates, and identify the currency, vehicle class, minimum charge and booking notice. Please include taxes, tolls, airport access, parking, gratuity, waiting, extra stops, after-hours charges and any other additions—or explain how they are calculated.
We also ask about deposits, cancellation windows, no-shows, payment methods, invoicing terms, quote validity and any business-level referral fee you propose. Rates and referral arrangements require separate written agreement before work begins; no fees are accepted through this inquiry.
Agree the lead point of contact, quote and booking confirmation process, passenger instructions, flight monitoring responsibilities and dispatch updates. Discuss how delays, changes, complaints and emergencies will be handled, including a reachable after-hours contact.
We review relevant licensing, commercial insurance, chauffeur standards, vehicle suitability, accessibility needs and subcontracting practices before engagement. Any required verification is handled separately from this introductory form.
Discuss confidentiality, client relationship boundaries and any permitted follow-up in writing. Share only the client information needed to perform an agreed service, through an appropriate channel and with the necessary authorization. Do not submit passenger identities or confidential itineraries in an affiliation inquiry.
